Make Every Hotel Stay a Masterpiece

At Clarion Gillet Uppsala, we redefine first-class hotel and service industry with urban sophistication, high standards, and a hotel atmosphere that is both vibrant and welcoming. We are now looking for a Supervisor for our reception who knows that every unforgettable hotel stay begins with a fantastic first impression that carries through every guest interaction.

As part of our team, you will be the heart of the guest experience — ensuring that every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out and creating a hotel area that feels both personal and first-class. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to ensuring that every guest feels valued and inspired every minute with us.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily receptionist duties, ensuring that every customer experience runs smoothly, from bookings and payments to handling guest requests, including our SPA department.
• Embodiment of Clarion's customer promise of style, quality, and energy in every guest interaction, uninterrupted delivery of high-quality, personalized customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
• You are the deputy to the Reception Manager and responsible when she is not on site.
• Member ambassador.
• You ensure that decisions made are implemented in daily operations.
• Specific job descriptions for all tasks are available.

This is a permanent position at 100% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position includes varying shifts, including work in the evenings and weekends. The Supervisor role entails not only extended responsibility for the hotel reception but also includes our SPA department.

At least two years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry where leadership experience will be an advantage.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Strong knowledge of hotel systems. Sales-driven and results-oriented.
